Product Description
These rectangular magnets are strong, made of a ceramic material and have a unique alignment to them. Imagine a loaf of bread that has a north pole on one end and south on the other. Once the loaf is sliced the individual pieces will still have the north pole on one end and south on the other. Same thing with this magnet, if you could slice it. You will need to use a compass to prove this point and it takes a minute for the kids to adjust their thinking from the traditional bar magnet image.
